We work diligently to improve and expand the pool of qualified candidates by participating in educational efforts, new university and college programs, giving newcomer advice, and writing trade articles.

We select the right candidates for our clients’ job openings.

We will cover only the jobs that you have shared with us.

We do not send unsolicited resumes.

We do not submit candidates for positions without their permission.

We encourage all candidates to provide sample work, portfolios and finished games. We provide assistance to candidates who need it.

We have affiliated ourselves with other industry service providers who also add to the professional growth of our candidates and clients.

Process:

We review every resume for suitability. We evaluate all candidates based on their backgrounds, strengths, abilities and product history.

We make direct contact with all possible candidates. We pre-screen and informally interview all suitable candidates.

We review all demos, samples and other auxiliary materials that our candidates submit.

We submit qualified candidates only to verified job openings.

We provide more than just a resume – we work with our candidates to present them in the most complete fashion.

We facilitate all candidate/client communications as needed.

We provide complete contact details on all candidates to promote easier communication between clients and candidates.

We facilitate any necessary skill testing.

We facilitate the interview process to the level required, up to and including helping with travel arrangements.

We check references provided by the candidate.

We assist the candidate and client with job offer negotiations. We work closely with both the client and the candidate to come to agreement on negotiations. If either party is unhappy, then we haven’t made the right fit.

We follow up with our placed candidates at regular intervals.

We maintain close contact with clients past and present to ensure their continued satisfaction with their hires.

We guarantee our placements and stand behind our reputation.

CONTRACTS & FEES:

How We Work

We would be happy to see if we can help you with your open positions. Once we have talked, we can give you a precise pricing strategy for our services. In the meantime, this should answer your high level questions.

Contingency - Our basic rates are 20% of the first year's salary for jobs below the Executive level. Executive level positions are 25% of the first year's salary on contingency.

Retainer - With an exclusive deal, we will set a contract retainer and a fulfillment fee (for each position) depending on the number of openings and the type of experience you need.

Willingness to cover relocation costs
