  • Our retained search service includes all of the outreach services of MMN Connect with turn-key service from start to finish to close the best candidate as quickly as possible.

  • We promote your opportunity to executives within our network and across the industry (unless you prefer a discreet/confidential search) to identify and close the ideal hire for your critical role.

  • Fee structure is 20% (below Director level) 25% (Director level and above) of first year’s salary, paid in thirds, one third on execution of contract, one third upon interviewing five candidates (phone or face to face), one third on successful placement of candidate for each hire.
